I´m Bianca, your nervous systems new friend, here to be your guide and support through this program.

I know firsthand the transformative power of healing and managing autoimmune disease. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered the profound impact that balancing the nervous system, reducing stress, and finding calm can have on both my health and my life.

Just a few years ago, I was struggling with chronic pain, fatigue, and overwhelm from autoimmune disease. It felt like I was constantly battling my body and couldn't find relief, no matter what I tried. My health was dictating my life, and I felt powerless.

But I decided to take control. I immersed myself in learning about the connection between the nervous system, stress, and autoimmune health. Through a combination of polyvagal techniques, CBT, and mindfulness, I slowly started to rebalance my body and mind. It wasn’t easy, but I stuck with it, and over time, I saw profound changes. Today, I feel empowered, balanced, and in control of my health like never before, and the best thing? Sharing it with my clients and seeing the excitement and joy on their face when they see changes they never thought would be!

Now, I help people with autoimmune conditions like you regain control of their health through simple, effective techniques, so you can live with more ease and less stress.

I started my own healing journey by combining polyvagal theory, CBT, and nervous system regulation—but you don’t have to do it alone!
